Certification is conducted to demonstrate confidence and trust to any stakeholder that a facility or organization possesses certain characteristics or embodies a specified minimum quality. To ensure this, it is important that the assessment is conducted by an independent, impartial, and objective third party, called a certification body.

You may want to obtain certification simply because you want to demonstrate to the world that your products, processes, services, or organization meet a certain standard. Or you may require certification to enter a specific market or because your customers request it.

Please note that this document provides guidance only. It may not fully reflect the specific processes for your organization. For legal and financial processes, please refer to the Contract Conditions available on our website.

The first step in the certification process is completing the application form for the applicable scheme, available on the Control Union website. If you are unsure whether you have the correct form or cannot find the program you need, you can also contact Zhanibek Sharipov at jsharipov@controlunion.com, and we will send you the appropriate application form.

The information in the application form serves as the basis for us to provide you with a proposal that covers the correct scope of activities, products, processes, and/or units subject to certification. From a legal perspective, it is important that this proposal reflects the rights and responsibilities of both parties and, therefore, should provide a realistic estimate of the amount of time required to conduct the assessment, allowing the certification body to make an informed certification decision.

Please complete and submit the application form. It will be automatically sent to one of the Control Union branches.
